Delaware Hudson Realty Group, Inc., of Pine Brook has arranged a long term lease on behalf of Teldata Control, Inc., at Meadows Office Complex in East Rutherford. The 48,700 square foot transaction, comprising the entire 11th and 12th floors, is the 7th transaction arranged by Delaware Hudson for TDC. Teldata Control will also have signage rights on the building, which faces Route 3 near Giants Stadium.
Parsippany - 200,000 SF Flex Building Sold - $15,700,000
Delaware Hudson Realty Group has arranged the sale of Cranberry Plaza, 2 Cranberry Road in Parsippany on behalf of Turner Development Group to AVR Realty Company. The 203,000 square foot building, which is fully leased, is located in the Fox Hill Park, near the junction of Routes 80 and 287.
Delaware Hudson previously arranged the sale of the fully approved 10 acre site to Turner Development, and negotiated all of the leases. AVR Realty, the new owners, has appointed Delaware Hudson as the exclusive leasing agent in the event that space becomes available.
Roxbury - 42,000 SF Office Building Sold - $3,500,000
Acting on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Delaware Hudson Realty Group, Inc., has arranged the sale of 200 Stierli Court in Roxbury, New Jersey. The 42,000 square foot 2 story building is located at a full 4 way interchange of Route 80, opposite the Sheraton Hotel.
Delaware Hudson had previously arranged the complete leasing of this building to The Prudential Insurance Company, the prior occupant.
Mt. Arlington - 40,000 SF Office Lease
As Exclusive Agent for the Developers, Mount Arlington Corporate Center, Delaware Hudson Realty Group, Inc., has arranged the build to suit, long term lease to Cyro Industries, as their North American headquarters. Cyro is a subsidiary of American Cyanamid Company. The new 42,000 square foot, 2 story building represents the completion of a one year search for a new facility. Cyro was previously located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
Randolph - 76 unit townhouse project sold to developer
Delaware Hudson Realty Group, Inc., has arranged the sale of an 11 acre parcel of land, with approvals for a 76 unit townhouse community, to Baker Residential. Baker plans to start the project, named Boulder Run and located off of Route 10 at Salem Street, immediately after closing.
Delaware Hudson represented both Baker and the seller, Randolph Properties, Inc., in the transaction.
