Ronald Soussa, SIOR, is a founding principal of the Delaware Hudson group of companies. Mr. Soussa began his career in 1979, and established the firm in 1986 after leaving Cushman and Wakefield. Mr. Soussa holds a dual designation (office and industrial) from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and is a 1981 graduate of the Diploma Program in Real Estate Analysis from New York University's Real Estate Institute.
